I do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, training background, or income in any of my classes, casting, hiring, collaborations, or programming. In practice, I always encourage modification in my workshops & work, and when people of distinct abilities are in the room, I offer multiple options so everyone can participate fully.
